Commercial infrared enquiries for installers
We are an advisory and referral platform, not an installer. People arrive here researching infrared heating for warehouses, workshops, churches, village halls, schools, care homes and offices. We speak to every commercial enquiry by phone, record the building details, and pass the ones with a real project to an installer who covers that area and building type.
What you receive
- Commercial enquiries only — we do not sell residential enquiries as commercial.
- Phone-qualified: we confirm the building, floor area, ceiling height, occupancy pattern, timeframe and who signs off before passing anything on.
- Written detail: current heating, postcode, budget band and the page the enquiry came from.
- The enquiry as it was given to us. We do not embellish it, and we tell you when the buyer is early-stage.
How we get paid
Two parts, agreed in writing before we send anything: a fixed fee per qualified enquiry, plus an agreed percentage of the job value if it converts. You tell us the minimum and maximum job size worth your time, the regions you cover and the building types you are set up for, and we only send work inside those limits.
We are building this network now, so terms are set case by case with each installer rather than from a fixed rate card.
What we ask of you
- Contact the enquiry within one working day — speed is most of the conversion.
- Tell us the outcome: quoted, won, lost, or not a fit. We record job values so both sides can see what the channel is worth.
- Quote honestly. We publish running-cost arithmetic rather than savings claims, and we will stop sending work to anyone who oversells infrared.
- Hold the appropriate electrical competence and insurance for the work you take on.
